B"H - There is interesting Halacha on Havdala when Tisa b'Av falls on Motzei Shabes, like in this year: We say the bracha only on the fire! A day later, at the end of Tisa b'Av we say the bracha on the wine and Hamavdil, without the introductory and without the bracha on besamim. Have a meaningful fast and for those of us who don't observe the fake "yoms" of the secular State, this is an appropriate time to memorialize the victims of the Shoa.
