- Yes, but Israel has no "occupied territory" according to International law and according to its own law: In order for a territory to be "occupied" it had to have a sovereignty before the "occupation", which Judea and Samaria did not, as the previous Jordanian occupation of these lands, from '48 to '67, was not recognized. But all this is irrelevant. What is relevant is that G-d gave this Land to the Jews and that's that. Read your Bibles people!
