SANDY

After spending the day watching the news coverage of Sandy, the superstorm, I sketched out this cartoon. The LSW (Long Suffering Wife) looked at it and said that nobody would recognize the cartoon reference to Sandy (Arf Arf) Little orphan Annie's dog. "Wrong!" I said, "and besides, I had fun drawing it."Meanwhile we both hope that all of our East coast fans and friends are safe.

Talking about something else, Mr. Ariel Ben Yochanan is saying that he was censored by some leftist newspaper... does this have anything to do with Dry Bones? Else, might you be complaining on the wrong place?

That is connection and yes, it is a wrong place for me to be, not for the reason you mention, but because every time I write something here I get personally attacked and delegitimized by an obnoxious anonymous that Bones allows on his blog. The heart of the matter is that seculars can't and secularists won't see Hurricane Sandy as a rather obvious case of divine intervention: The usual arrogance of men thinking they are god and therefore anything that is against man and/or his dollars has, for them, to be evil.
