Orly Azoulay

B"H

If Orly Azoulay covered her hair, if she didn't ware pants, jackets, makeup and jewelry, with other words if she wasn't completely de-Judaized, Westernized, Americanized and Hellenized, then and only then she'd knew that invincible-looking empires, like America today, come and go and that we Jews are the only ones that stay on, because we have a specific destiny and our mighty G-d, Hashem. Our destiny is not serving America, but to serve Hashem, our G-d. Sound unscientific? Good! Just look at our 4000 years history, analyze it once with honesty - and at that point, having found the truth, cry your eyes out in awe: for the Jews, materialist and worldly and hopelessly lost Orly Azoulay, it doesn't matter what American planes are doing, with what cargo and with what frequency! If they are doing it, be assured they do it for themselves, not for the Jews. Even according to your own secular and secularist criteria, the Americans are trying to undo what they consider the modern Israeli state "mistake".

An evil, anti-Jewish plan

B"H

The so called two state solution is an evil plan in as much as it goes against Hashem's will. From the book that the Jews call Torah and the xtians "old testament" we know that G-d intends these lands for the Jews, to be used in a specific Jewish way. That is the base and the reason of the Jewish claim to The Land. Taking Judea-Samaria away from the Jews means going against G-d's will, an evil deed per definition. Using The Land in a non-Jewish way, as if it was "any other country, given to any other people" is even worse. The Land of Israel is a fundamental Jewish right. But if we, the Jews, don't use it for the intended purpose, the guarantee will be null and void.

Too late now

B"H

What’s needed now in Israel is a State law that prohibits the excessive payments of ransoms. A State law that copies halacha, Jewish Law, something that nobody cares about in the so called Jewish State, not even the so called rabbis. This new State law has to say that no more than the hostage's worth is allowed to be paid. That no excessive ransom is allowed to be paid under any circumstance.

Italy is not known for its strong government. Yet, the Italian government blocks the victim family's wealth in kidnapping cases in order to prevent it to pay any ransom request.

The same way, the Israeli government and the president who does the pardoning has to be prevented to pay out unreasonable ransoms, that turns the whole nation into a huge, future hostage-camp. An unforgivable deed, based on false morals.

Knesset has to intervene now and sort out this mess for the next Shalit case. There has to be a State law that kicks in automatically when a hostage is taken and prevents negotiation with and payment to a kidnapper or a hostage holder.

The phenomena of taking Jews for hostage is not new and our sages have a simple and reasonable and ethical response to it: one terrorist with no blood on his hands for one Shalit. One dead terrorist for one dead Regev. Knesset, pass this law now! NU, what are you waiting for to propose it?

Feiglin, Sackett, stop trying to be clever. Come out from Likud, unite with National Union and BE National Union. A clear-cut choice people can go for. Of course the Hussein Obama administration is anti-Jewish. Any policy that is based on restricting the Jews only to live in a given area (Judenrein, cleansed of Jews) is an anti-Jewish policy. 1.) We know what corruption is and a government rabbi is not a rabbi, according to Sulchan Aruch halacha 18 in Chapter 334. The "Chief Ashkenazi Rabbi" of Israel is a government official, not a Torah authority.

2.) We do have halacha on what ransom to pay for a hostage: never more than his worth. "Captives should not be redeemed for more than their value," (Mishnah Gittin 4:6)

The Shalit affair is a disaster whichever way it goes. False reporting, using Orwellian language: black is white and white is black

B"H -

The '48-'67 Jordanian occupation term "West Bank" is used to replace “Judea and Samaria”. The anti-Jewish term of "Illegal outpost" is used to replace the neutral term "Jewish village". The equally anti-Jewish term of "settler" is used to describe religious Jews who's only desire is to live peacefully on their G-d given Holy Land. The term "Civil Administration representatives" is used to describe pogrom (Russian for destruction) forces, paid to harass Jews. And to finish the story off with style, the whole report is turned upside down, in as much as in reality the pogrom forces were attacking the Jews’ electricity hardware and not the Jews the pogrom forces. Some Jews merely attempted to defend themselves and their equipment from the attack of the Israeli paid and Israeli organized destruction forces.

I'm not even entering in discussion

B"H -

I'm not even entering in discussion with Fishman. Let me just point out for the readers in an attempt to recreate some balance of objectivity that illegal Arab construction is in full swing in the area and attacking only substandard and semi-mobile housing reserved for the Jews here is nothing short of racist. In contrast, the Arabs are allowed to pull up huge stone condos and villas. Partial reporting is just that: partial. I would also like to point out that systematically naming this area "West Bank" is politically bias, in as much as the Jewish name of the area in question is either "Judea and Samaria" or the biblical names of the Hebrew tribes that lived here, like Judah, Benjamin, Efraim, etc. As Jews, we are told by Torah to fully possess these Lands and establish our Jewish, Torah institutions here and thus be a light onto the nations. Because this article fails to take this concept into consideration it can actually be seen and should be seen as outright anti-Jewish.

Un-Jewish, Sick and Traitorous

B"H -

The very fact that this guy, Stern, was allowed to rise to be a general and a manpower director and a chief educational officer and a commander of the officers’ school, tells the long and sorrow tale of how, after 60 years of statehood, the IDF became an army, without any Jewish soul left to it.

It is unthinkable that a force so much removed from anything Jewish will defend the Jewish people. It will defend the hand that feeds its hungry mouth, the Government of Israel, the GOI as it likes to call itself in English. As it is, the IDF cannot be trusted with the defense of the Jewish people. It can be expected that it will continue to be the only regular army in the world that attacks Jews with the same skill it attacks Israel’s enemies, without a second, Jewish, thought allowed to survive within its ranks: a terrifying monster, an army just like any other army.

As the IDF seized to be a Jewish army long ago it is the case to shout loud and clear: Jews, stand up for your Jewish right to have a Jewish army!

I remember when my mother first visited Israel in the early '70s, she was deeply moved by the "Jew in uniform" at the airport, a long desired dream of a Holocaust survivor that she was. How far those days seem to be! Since then that same "Jew in uniform" was brainwashed to raise his hand against his own people, against his own mother, father, brother and sister. The sterns and the haluts and the baraks are destroying a once in a 2000 years, historic, Jewish opportunity of survival: the IDF.

As things stand Jews, on the Land of Israel, look upon the IDF with suspicion, fearing the next pogrom, the next destruction of a shul, a beit midrash, a mikve, a Jewish home.

What Alan Baker doesn't say (That disengagement was illegal under the terms of the Interim Agreement of '95 too)

B"H -

In point two of your executive summery you state: "The Interim Agreement established that: "Neither side shall initiate or take any step that will change the status of the West Bank and the Gaza Strip pending the outcome of the Permanent Status negotiations."

It seems evident to me that Israel did change the status of the Gaza Strip in '05 unilaterally, without any Permanent Status negotiations in place, let alone having an "outcome" of them in hand.

The point you are (not) raising Alan is an interesting one, in as much as you are indirectly suggesting that the Sharon/Peres/Knesset "disengagement" pogrom was illegal not only under halacha (Jewish Law) and under international humanitarian law but also under the terms of the Oslo Accords in general and under the Interim Agreement with the "Palestinians" of '95 in particular.

Is what you are saying a good reason for the State to initiate an inquiry on the President and if yes, will Mazuz move in this direction?

Interesting!

The next phase

B"H -

Yeah, this IS the second phase. Clearly, the the first secular Zionist phase of modern Israel, its "first republic", is burning out. I am optimistic about this: we have an opportunity in our hands! Maybe Peres is the last guardian of secularism and I suspect after his death we will be able to have changes. Maybe even institutional changes. Until then the best thing we can do I figure is to abstain from the vote: the Torah doesn't say "..and vote in for yourselves a legislative council that represents you and the goyim that invaded the Land". It says possess the Land fully, appoint a King, build the Beit Hamikdash and have just courts in every village. As a nation, we are not doing these Jewish things we supposed to do as Jews on the Land and most of our "rabbis" are corrupt and silent over this. Our new status on the Land of Israel doesn't seem to interest them too much. So, as a nation we are on our own to chose the right way. At this junction Hashem guides us directly, by punishing us with the "palestinians": "They [us, the Jews on the Land] provoked me with a non-god, angered Me with their vanities; so shall I provoke them with a non-people, with a vile nation shall I anger them" (Deut. 32:21). The few who want to see, see that it is He who sent us the “palestinians”. The Torah tells us exactly what institutions to have and how to run them. It is not the present "democratic" model. This we learned from the nations in the galut and bought it back with us. Useless! It is Hellenistic per definition. We have our own, Judeo-specific institutional, economic and social model to implement on our Land, in Israel, and THUS be a light onto the nations: Torah. If - and when unfortunately - we don't do what we meant to do, we have endless and seemingly irresolvable troubles that Hashem our G-d throws at us. So, let's stop voting to separate ourselves from the Golden Calf State. Let's give Hashem a hand, instead of spitting into His face all the time!

If the "palestinians" were a real people and the Palestinian Legislative Council a real parliament and the PA something - anything real, apart of the terrorist organization it is against the Jewish people and Israel the world loves to finance to the tune of millions of dollars a day, every day, if the so called "palestinian" territories, Judea and Samaria, were anything but the Biblical Heartland of the Jews, this operation would be called: a coup. Subject: Judge Yuval Shadmi

Message:

Judge Goldberg,

I write to you in order to draw your attention to a case that deeply upsets me.

Ynetnews reports that Nazareth Juvenile Court Judge Yuval Shadmi acquitted a 17 yrs old on Wednesday, after being accused of hurling stones at a police car during Operation Cast Lead. According to the article, http://www.ynetnews.com/articles/0,7340,L-3804053,00.html , the judge accepted the defense counsel's claim that the State was discriminating against Arab youth involved in offenses of "ideological violence".

This frankly is unacceptable and therefore I am asking you to intervene and to do everything in your power to rectify the situation created: throwing stones in Israel with the intent to hurt mustn't be considered OK, even for Arabs!

Thank you

Ariel Ben Yochanan (Andras Bereny)

Throwing stones

B"H

Throwing stones is not exactly like throwing balls on the beach. An activity that is prohibited on most beaches by the way, because it is considered dangerous. A "protest" is marching with placards and shouting slogans, pointing fingers and blowing whistles, if you are really angry. Throwing stones is not "protest". It's aggravated assault and attempted murder, a potentially life threatening crime that shouldn’t be taken lightly nor encouraged! It is sad and telling that for the Arab being “treated like a human” means achieving the right to kill and injure Jews. The judge in the story evidently is incompetent and should be investigated by and relieved from the Justice Ministry’s payroll.

B"H

What’s happening is not only political correctness. It is the very nature of America and the very nature of the American army: Edom. According to our (Jewish) prophesies, the closer we come to the Messianic era, Edom (America, Europe) unites with Ishmael (the Muslims) against Israel. They will attack Jerusalem and there will be turmoil and war. The Jews win, but at a tremendous cost. So please, don't spread this false rumor that America is Israel's friend: It is not. It never was and it never will be. Not before the Messianic era.

Let us not forget and let us not forgive

B"H -

Let us remember that the EU is the PA's largest donor, to the tune of about a million euros - a day, every day! Let us not forget that the European parliament is parliament only in name, not in function, in as much as it is not a legislative body. It is just a skin, a guise, to make Europe “look democratic". But it is not. European laws are made by the Council a body made up by government representatives of the member states. So, in the European Union we see an institutional setup whereby governments, not parliaments make the laws. National parliaments are turned largely into rubber-stamping government decisions made in Europe. Some European countries did have in the past this kind of a system and millions of Jews were killed. Today, in our political correctness we shy away to call the Europeans "totalitarian". But of course that doesn't mean that they are not "that beast" again. It is so well disguised that most of them doesn't even realize what their governments turned to and when you tell, even to parliamentarians, that their assemblies are there for show only, they say naaaaa, it’s not that bad. Well, it is. Let’s keep our eyes well open.

What? "disgraceful few"?!

B"H -

These "disgraceful few" are the very best of our youth and the hope for a Jewish future in Israel. They are the ones who have the courage to distinguish between legal and illegal, between Jewish and goyshe orders. The IDF was set up to protect the Jewish people in their Jewish enterprise to settle our G-d given Holy Land. The moment they allow themselves to be used against their own People, against their own Land, against our Jewish National Enterprise by the wicked, they stop to be a Jewish army and the country, Israel, stops to be a Jewish country.

I also know that Muslims killed Jews a lot before “the occupation” (of our own lands) and before the State of Israel was founded and even before that and even before before that.

- ABY: I know Azza is not enough for you. You guys want all of Israel and all Jews dead wherever they are. Won’t work, Mr. Terrorist Sir. My G-d is stronger than your god. You'll lose, you see and those sons of pigs and monkeys of Jews will win. Sorry, game’s over.

Beitar Illit is not in the "West Bank" in as much as there is no "West Bank" today. You can say that Beitar Illit is in Judea or, in Gush Ezion. If you dig deeper

B"H -

If you dig a little bit deeper, the so called "settlement" issue sheds light on the difficulties Israel and the Jews face. It seems that the "palestinians" committed the error of fully believing their own lies by maintaining that the "settlements" (Jewish villages in Judea and Samaria) are illegal. The position of Israel, in accordance with international law, is that "settlements" would be illegal only if Israel occupied the Land from a pre-existent and sovereign power. The fact however is that there was never a "palestine" and the territories in question (that by the way by divine "chance" fully correspond with the Biblical Heartland of Israel) were liberated not from the "palestinians", but from Jordan, the illegal Arab state occupier Britain created on her "Palestinian mandate" to be the Arab state, alongside with Israel, the Jewish state. Talking about two state solutions. As historical facts are facts, it will be very difficult for the "palestinians" to modify them, even if they keep repeating the same lies for almost fifty years now. On the same token, Abbas' organization, the PLO, was created three years before the Israeli "occupation of the West Bank" and (at that time) it meant to "liberate" the whole of Israel of - Jews: notta nice :)
